About the event
Our theme this year is "Tremendous Trees". We plan to have several activities related to trees and a large interactive "tree as habitat" for participants to explore. Volunteers will meet as a team during the week prior to the event to overview our plans and ensure everyone understands the activities and displays.
Shifts are all on Saturday, June 21. They include Setup (7AM - 9 AM), First Shift (9 AM - 12 PM/Noon), Second Shift (12 PM - 2:30 PM/tear-down). Please indicate the shift you wish to work on the registraton form. We encourage you to sign up for one shift to give others space to volunteer. We may not be able to take everyone who is interested due to booth space. You will be placed on a wait list if we exceed capacity.
