Do you love spreadsheets? or... do you want to take a peek under the hood of our Better Impact volunteer management system? We are meeting over the next three weeks to review and clean up the project activity lists. Come help out! ALL Merrimac Farm Master Naturalists (and BTC members) are welcome!

About the event
Expectations: Our deadline for this short-term piece is July 15 (the third meeting session). Each team member will have data to analyze and report out.
Session 1: Based on the number of team members, we will divvy up the activity lists from Better Impact (these will be on shared spreadsheets). Each team member will review the Active projects and ensure there are no duplicates or outdated entries. Team members will also analyze other data to determine if an activity is current or should be inactivated.
Session 2: Team members will report on their section of activities. A report of inactive activites may also be reviewed to determine why a project became inactive or if there are other potential opportunities.
Session 3: Completion of clean-up and update efforts for Better Impact, review data to create a report for the July 19 Annual Member meeting.
